📦 Styleska Boutique – Shipping Policy

At Styleska, we want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as your new outfit! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and prepare your orders.

🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
If you live outside these regions and would love to shop with us, please contact us at styleska@outlook.com — we’ll do our best to make it happen!

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

💌 Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD on all orders within Canada and the United States.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

Local pickup in Granby, QC is always free — simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

🏬 Local Pickup (Granby Boutique)

If you select local pickup, your order will typically be ready within 24–72 hours.
Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an email notification with instructions to book your pickup time, as the boutique operates by reservation only.

Please wait for your confirmation before coming — we want to make sure your pieces are perfectly prepared and that we can welcome you personally!

📦 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

  • Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 4–8 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons.

🕊️ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our boutique, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. Styleska is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate your order and file a claim if needed.

In keeping with our sustainable values, we may reuse clean, sturdy packaging materials when possible — a small step toward reducing waste while keeping your order safe and stylish.
