Refund policy

For all second-hand clothing items, items on sale & giftcard, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on these items. Please take the time to carefully review the product description and photographs to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

For new clothing items, we are happy to offer exchanges within 2 weeks of the purchase date. We do not offer refunds, but we will provide you with store credit that you can use towards your next purchase. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, and we reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear or damage. Return costs are not assumed by Styleska Boutique & initial shipping cost is not refunded or applied on the exchange. However, it is possible to make an exchange by coming directly to our head office to avoid these costs.

If your return is accepted, the customer must pay for shipping, details of where to return will be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you must return an item for an exchange or credit, it is recommended to send the shipment back with a tracking number. 

In all cases, Styleska Boutique is not responsible for lost packages once shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. No return or exchanges on sale items,  & second-hand items & giftcards. they are final sale.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Our return policy does not allow any refund on purchases, it is only possible to make an exchange or obtain a store credit .
